SL150 Autoclave Temperature Probe
The SL150 Autoclave Temperature Probe is specifically designed for pharmaceutical, biotechnology and healthcare sterilisation applications, providing accurate measurement of both chamber and load temperatures during autoclave cycles. Its slim, flexible design makes it an ideal alternative to the Steriprobe® range where installation space is limited or access to the load is restricted.
Designed to deliver reliable and repeatable temperature monitoring in demanding sterilisation environments, the SL150 is suitable for routine process monitoring, thermal mapping and validation applications, helping to ensure effective sterilisation and regulatory compliance.
Sensor Options
The SL150 is available with a choice of temperature sensing technologies to suit a wide range of applications:
- PT100 and PT1000 RTD sensors
- Accuracy classes including Class A, Class AA (IEC 60751) and 1/10 DIN
- Type T and K thermocouples
- Single, duplex and custom sensor configurations
Probe diameters start from just 3mm, making the SL150 suitable for applications where minimal intrusion and maximum flexibility are required.

Mounting and Sealing Options
The SL150 is designed to provide a secure and reliable seal within the autoclave, with sealing achieved directly onto the cable using high-performance PTFE (Teflon®) olives.
A range of mounting options is available, including:
- Hygienic compression fittings for single or multiple probe installations
- Threaded compression fittings for single probe installations
- Available with BSPT, BSPP, NPT and metric thread options
- Custom fitting configurations available on request
